However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need to return or exchange an item. Therefore, we have established the following return policies to assist you:

1. General Return Guidelines:

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

Personalized, custom-made, and final sale items are not eligible for return, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via phone or email. Provide them with your order details and the reason for the return. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund or exchange process based on your preference.

Refund Options:

If you are eligible for a refund, we offer two options:

a. Original Payment Method: We will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

b. Store Credit: Alternatively, you may choose to receive the refund amount as store credit, which can be used towards future purchases at Khyber Mall. Store credit does not expire.
